Occu-Pi is a unique solution that facilities and manages room bookings in an intelligent new way. It finds and books rooms not only faster and more effectively, but also assist you in optimising the utilisation of your expensive office real estate.

Occu-Pi assists users to finding and booking vacant rooms in your organisation using an intelligent booking engine. Occu-Pi provides actual real time information about the occupancy status of each room – booked but idle rooms are automatically released and become available for others to book. Users search available rooms within specific locations and with particular room attributes from their desktop – they don’t need to waste valuable time anymore in checking individual room bookings or walking the floors to find a vacant room. Users can subscribe to a waiting list if rooms are not available, and will be notified when the room becomes available. Ad-hoc meetings in vacant meeting rooms will be detected by Occu-Pi and automatically booked for the duration of the meeting, or until another booked meeting is due to commence. Customisable reports provide insight on room utilization and help organisations to optimize the utilisation of their expensive room space.

The iPad application provides an interactive touch-screen kiosk with localised digital signage that complements the user experience of our solution. Users can check the current booking status, book a meeting and find rooms nearby using the simple to use interactive touch interface. The kiosk device prompts users if a meeting is due to finish and the room is booked for another meeting – otherwise Occu-Pi auto-extends the booking.

Occu-Pi integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft Exchange environment – room information is always synchronised between Occu-Pi and Microsoft Exchange so that users can use their Microsoft Outlook calendar to book rooms, or use Occu-Pi to comfortably perform room searches and bookings.
